What are Claude Skills?

Claude Skills are small, self-contained instruction files (called skill.md) that teach your Claude AI how to perform specific expert tasks.

Think of them like “custom brains” you can plug into your assistant:

• A Hook Creator skill that writes FOMO-driven headlines using proven frameworks.

• A Problem Solver skill that diagnoses your bottlenecks and reframes the solution.
