This is a really useful framing because it separates headline launches from behavioral change. What stands out is how consistently the impact shows up at the workflow level. Content repurposing, visual iteration, video, agents, and vibe coding all point to the same shift: marketers moving from asset creators to system designers.

The throughline I appreciated most is that the leverage isn’t just speed. It’s scope. One marketer can now explore ideas, formats, and experiments that previously required whole teams. That changes not just execution, but how ambitious marketing strategies can be in the first place.

Also refreshing to see tools discussed in terms of what they unlock, not just what’s new. This feels like a practical map for how marketing actually changed in 2025, not a hype recap.
