Most B2B teams I talk to have AI tools scattered across their stack, but no coherent data layer underneath them. Agentic GTM requires the CRM and content systems to talk to each other in ways most orgs haven't yet (or ever) built. The practical question for everyone else is what their first agentic loop even is.

data hygiene is also one of the biggest barriers i see across b2b companies in making a lot of agentic use cases truly impactful

Sales-Led to Product-Led is real history. Product-Led to Agentic-Led is mostly product-led with a chat interface stapled on. The actual shift happens when the agent makes autonomous decisions on behalf of the user, not when it talks to them. Most companies will sit at “chat-led” for two years before that’s the case.
